Zynex, Inc. CFO Resignation

On July 24, 2025, Dan Moorhead notified Zynex, Inc. of his decision to resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 29, 2025. His resignation is not due to any disagreement with the company's operations, policies, or practices. Moorhead is expected to enter into a consulting agreement to assist with the transition of his responsibilities and provide advisory support for a limited period. Thomas Sandgaard, the current Chairman and CEO, along with incoming CEO Steven Dyson and the Board of Directors, will work to appoint a new CFO.
