Ermenegildo Zegna N.V. reported unaudited revenues of €927.7 million for the first half of 2025, a 3.4% decrease year-on-year (YoY) and a 2.0% decline on an organic basis. The second quarter of 2025 saw revenues of €468.9 million, down 5.7% YoY and 2.6% organically. The Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel showed positive growth across all brands, with ZEGNA, Thom Browne, and TOM FORD FASHION increasing by 7%, 7%, and 11% respectively.
