As of September 30, 2025, BlackRock beneficially owns 38,928,405 shares of Block, Inc.'s Class A Stock, representing 7.1% of the total outstanding shares. This marks an increase of 7,534,747 shares from the previous filing, a 24% rise in share ownership. The value of the holdings has also increased by 37.27% to $2,927,416,056.
