Nexus Special Situations Fund SPC, Fung Yu Wai David, and Pine Cove Global Limited have filed a Schedule 13G with the SEC, reporting their ownership in X Financial. As of June 30, 2025, Nexus Special Situations Fund SPC and Fung Yu Wai David beneficially own 13,722,450 Class A Ordinary Shares, representing 8.8% of the outstanding shares.
