Officer and Director Stock Transaction

William Joseph Tanimoto, Chief Accounting Officer of TERAWULF INC. (WULF), reported a transaction on June 24, 2026. He acquired 10,000 shares of common stock via the vesting of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). These RSUs vested under the condition of his continued employment with the Issuer. Following this transaction, Mr. Tanimoto directly owns 48,898 shares of common stock and has 20,000 RSUs remaining. The RSUs represent a contingent right to receive one share of common stock per unit. Further vesting of the remaining RSUs is scheduled for the second and third anniversaries of June 24, 2025, also contingent upon his continued employment.
