Wellgistics Health Enters into Smart Contract Services Agreement with DataVault AI

Wellgistics Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: WGRX) announced a software as a service (SAAS) agreement with DataVault AI, Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) to develop a blockchain-enabled smart contract platform called PharmacyChain™. This platform aims to optimize Wellgistics’ proprietary technology and physical infrastructure for the prescription drug industry. The partnership is expected to finalize a profit-sharing license agreement in the fourth quarter of 2025, with beta testing for PharmacyChain™ anticipated to begin in the first half of 2026. The platform will allow pharmacies to securely receive and transfer data, enabling better drug dispensing decisions for patients and insurers. Additionally, it will provide manufacturers with insights to create personalized sales and marketing campaigns. The collaboration leverages DataVault AI’s Web 3.0 platform and patented technologies to enhance pharmaceutical distribution and compound pharmacy operations.
