Resignation and Appointment of Principal Accounting Officer at Weyco Group, Inc.

On September 10, 2025, Robert D. Hanley resigned from his role as Director of Finance and principal accounting officer of Weyco Group, Inc. to accept a position at another company. His resignation was not due to any disagreements with the Company on matters relating to its operations, policies, or practices. Effective the same day, Stephanie L. Liebl, age 42, assumed the role of principal accounting officer. Ms. Liebl, a Certified Public Accountant, joined the Company in November 2011 and has been Director of Financial Reporting since 2020.
