Power of Attorney for Vishal Idnani

Vishal Idnani, the Transitioning CFO of Western Alliance Bancorporation, has appointed Traci Wade, Kristen Gest, Jessica H. Jarvi, and Dale Gibbons as his attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to act on his behalf in matters related to SEC filings, including the preparation, execution, and submission of forms such as Forms 3, 4, and 5, Schedules 13D and 13G, and Forms 144. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to manage Idnani's EDGAR account, including appointing and removing account administrators, maintaining account security, and acting as the point of contact with the SEC. This Power of Attorney remains in effect until Idnani is no longer required to file certain SEC forms or until it is revoked in writing.
