Telefônica Brasil S.A. Confirms Interest on Capital Payment

Telefônica Brasil S.A. has confirmed the amount of Interest on Capital (IoC) deliberated on October 14, 2025. The company announced that no acquisitions, divestitures, or cancellations of shares held in treasury were made under its Share Buyback Program. The gross amount per share for the IoC remains unchanged at R$0.11856605026, with a withholding income tax of 15%, resulting in a net amount per share of R$0.10078114272. The IoC will be paid individually to each shareholder based on their shareholding position in the company’s records at the end of October 27, 2025. The payment is scheduled to be executed by April 30, 2026, on a date to be defined by the company’s Board.
