Americas Gold and Silver Corporation Announces New Discoveries at Galena Complex
Americas Gold and Silver Corporation has announced the discovery of six new high-grade silver-copper-antimony veins at the Galena Complex, located approximately 150 meters southwest of the 149 Vein Complex. These new veins, part of the "43L-TJ Vein Complex," were identified through exploration drilling in Q1 2026 and are situated within 25 meters of existing mine infrastructure. The company reported significant intercepts, including one hole with a true width of 1.9 meters yielding 1,392 g/t silver, 1.5% copper, and 1.5% antimony. This discovery marks the fourth major new find at the Galena Complex within a year. The company is planning follow-up drilling and an exploration drift to further assess and potentially develop this high-grade area. Americas Gold and Silver Corporation is a North American precious metals and antimony producer with operations in the U.S. and Mexico.
