Unilever PLC Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Unilever PLC has announced the appointment of Srinivas Phatak as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Phatak, who previously served as Deputy CFO and Group Controller, has been acting CFO since February 2025. The Unilever Board unanimously agreed that Phatak is the best candidate for the role, citing his strong industry and functional experience, as well as his performance as acting CFO. CEO Fernando Fernandez praised Phatak's financial rigor, strategic clarity, and focus on value creation. Phatak will receive an annual fixed pay of EUR1.175 million, with eligibility for annual bonuses and Performance Share Plan awards.
