On August 5, 2025, TPG/NJ (RE) Partnership, L.P. distributed 4,693,916 shares of common stock of TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc. to its limited partner, State of New Jersey Common Pension Fund E. This distribution was in accordance with its limited partnership agreement. The Reporting Persons, including James G. Coulter and Jon Winkelried, may be deemed to beneficially own the securities reported herein due to their relationship with the TPG Funds. However, each TPG Fund and each Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein, except to the extent of their pecuniary interest. The filing is made jointly by the Reporting Persons pursuant to Rule 16a-3(j) under the Exchange Act.
