Power of Attorney for Edward Goldthorpe

Edward Goldthorpe, a director of TPG RE Finance Trust, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney authorizing Doug Bouquard, Matthew Coleman, Brandon Fox, Jerry Neugebauer, and Mark Riley to act on his behalf in matters related to SEC filings. This includes preparing and submitting Form ID, Schedules 13D and 13G, and Forms 3, 4, and 5. The attorneys-in-fact are granted full authority to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including amendments and submissions to the SEC and stock exchanges. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Goldthorpe is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
