Toast, Inc. Appoints Anu Bharadwaj to Board of Directors

On October 24, 2025, Toast, Inc. announced the appointment of Anu Bharadwaj to its Board of Directors. Ms. Bharadwaj, President at Atlassian, brings extensive experience in the enterprise software industry. She will serve as a Class I director and will participate in the Company’s Non-Employee Director Compensation Program, receiving annual compensation and an initial grant of restricted stock units valued at $400,000. The appointment was recommended by the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. Ms. Bharadwaj has entered into the Company’s standard form of indemnification agreement.
