Power of Attorney for Madhu Ranganathan

Madhu Ranganathan, a director of TriNet Group, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Gordon Klepper, Sidney Majalya, Melissa Shimizu, and Sheryl Southwick as attorneys-in-fact. These individuals are authorized to prepare and submit Form ID, Forms 3, 4, and 5, and other necessary documents to the SEC on behalf of Ranganathan. The Power of Attorney also allows them to perform any actions required for compliance with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Additionally, Ann Ngay is appointed as an account administrator to manage Ranganathan's EDGAR account. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Ranganathan is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier.
