TIM S.A. (B3: TIMS3; NYSE: TIMB) announced the election of Mr. Vicente de Moraes Ferreira as the new Investor Relations Officer (DRI), effective August 1, 2025. Mr. Ferreira, who holds a degree in electronics and computer engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and an executive master's degree from ESADE Business School and Georgetown University, has been with TIM since 2006. He has extensive experience in Marketing, Sales, Commercial Planning, and Investor Relations, having led the Investor Relations team since 2017. Mr. Ferreira will replace Mr. Alberto Mario Griselli, who held the position on an interim basis. The company will continue to keep shareholders and the market informed about relevant updates in its executive leadership.
