TD Bank Group Appoints New Board Chair

TD Bank Group announced the appointment of John B. MacIntyre as the new Chair of the Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2025. MacIntyre, who has been an independent director since 2023 and currently chairs the Human Resources Committee, brings extensive financial expertise and governance experience. He succeeds Alan MacGibbon, who will retire on the same date. MacIntyre's career includes 30 years in capital markets and co-founding Birch Hill Capital Partners. He has served on various public, private, and not-for-profit boards, including Park Lawn Corporation and Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment.
