Limited Power of Attorney for Michael Daughton

Michael Daughton, Chief Business Officer of TruBridge, Inc., has executed a Limited Power of Attorney (POA) appointing Chris Fowler and Kevin Plessner as his attorneys-in-fact. This POA authorizes them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The POA also grants them the authority to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including amendments and submissions to the SEC and stock exchanges. The POA remains in effect until Daughton is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing. This document revokes any previously executed POAs related to these obligations.
