Director Arumugavelu Shankar Receives Restricted Share Units

Arumugavelu Shankar, a director of Seagate Technology Holdings plc, was awarded 1,580 restricted share units (RSUs) on October 25, 2025, under the company's 2022 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one Ordinary Share of the issuer.
