Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting by Paul Aronzon

Paul Aronzon, a director of Sonder Holdings Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney (POA) appointing Vanessa Barmack and Albert Watson as his attorneys-in-fact. This POA authorizes them to complete and execute Forms 3, 4, and 5, as well as other necessary forms and amendments, in compliance with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to file these forms with the Securities and Exchange Commission, any relevant securities exchange or national association, the Company, and other necessary entities. The POA remains in effect until Aronzon is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing. This document was executed on September 23, 2025.
