Power of Attorney for Brian G. Robins

Brian G. Robins, Chief Financial Officer of Snowflake Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney document. This document appoints several individuals, including Derk Lupinek, Erika Payne, Marie Reider, Yunpeng (“Patrick”) Xiong, Michelle Giampaoli of Snowflake Inc., and Milson Yu, Katherine Nichols, and Kris Tamashiro of Cooley LLP, as his attorneys-in-fact. These attorneys are authorized to prepare, execute, and submit various SEC forms (Forms 3, 4, and 5) on behalf of Robins in his capacity as an officer of the company. The Power of Attorney also grants these attorneys the authority to perform any necessary actions related to these filings. The document remains in effect until Robins is no longer required to file these forms, he revokes it in writing, or any of the attorneys are no longer employed by Snowflake Inc. or Cooley LLP.
