Sidus Space, Inc. Announces Equity Offering and Appointment of Chief Business Officer

Sidus Space, Inc. (the 'Company') has entered into a placement agency agreement with ThinkEquity LLC for the issuance and sale of 9,800,000 shares of its Class A common stock at $1.00 per share. The offering is expected to close on September 16, 2025, with gross proceeds of approximately $9.8 million, before deducting fees and expenses. The net proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The Company also announced the appointment of Lawrence Hollister as Chief Business Officer, effective September 15, 2025.
