Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) has announced the sale of 35,192,508 common shares and 27,336,139 preferred shares in Usinas Siderúrgicas de Minas Gerais S.A. (Usiminas) to Globe Investimentos S.A. The transaction was executed at the closing price of July 29, 2025.
