Power of Attorney for William T. Devereux

William T. Devereux, Chief Financial Officer of Splash Beverage Group, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney authorizing Constantine Christakis and Michael D. Harris to act on his behalf in matters related to securities filings. This includes preparing and executing Forms 4 and 5 under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Forms 144 under the Securities Act of 1933, and other necessary forms or reports. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Devereux is no longer required to file such forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
