Ryanair Holdings plc Share Buyback Announcement

Ryanair Holdings plc announced the purchase of 11,568 ordinary shares and 464,470 ordinary shares underlying American Depositary Shares (ADS) for cancellation between 20 October 2025 and 24 October 2025. The purchases were part of the company's existing share buy-back programme, which was announced on 20 May 2025. The volume-weighted average price paid for the ordinary shares ranged from €25.211 to €25.632, while the price for the ADS ranged from US$30.3373 to US$30.8150. All purchased shares will be cancelled, and the announcement complies with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, as amended.
