Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited Senior Management Update

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited has announced a change in its senior management. Ms. Archana Bhaskar, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), will resign effective November 30, 2025. The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination, Governance and Compensation Committee, has assigned the additional responsibilities of the CHRO’s office to Mr. Sanjay Sharma, Global Head Operations, effective December 1, 2025. Mr. Sharma has over 34 years of experience in the FMCG and Pharmaceuticals industry, with a background in chemical engineering from IIT Delhi and an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. The Board meeting to approve this change was held on October 24, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 3:57 PM IST.
