Christopher James Stevens, Chief Operating Officer of Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc., has appointed several individuals as his attorneys-in-fact to act on his behalf in matters related to SEC filings. These attorneys-in-fact are authorized to prepare, execute, and submit various SEC forms and schedules, including Forms 3, 4, and 5, Schedules 13D and 13G, and Forms 144. They are also empowered to manage Stevens' EDGAR account, including appointing and removing account administrators and users, maintaining account security, and acting as the point of contact with the SEC. This Power of Attorney remains in effect until Stevens is no longer required to file certain SEC forms or until it is revoked in writing.
