Limited Power of Attorney for Joseph Doherty

Joseph Doherty, a director of Vicarious Surgical Inc., has granted a Limited Power of Attorney to Sarah Romano and Erin Checka, both of Vicarious Surgical Inc. This power of attorney authorizes them to prepare, execute, acknowledge, deliver, and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, any national securities exchanges, and the Company. It also allows them to seek or obtain information on transactions in the Company’s securities from third parties and perform any other acts necessary or desirable for and on behalf of the Filer in connection with the foregoing. The Filer acknowledges that this power of attorney does not relieve him from responsibility for compliance with his obligations under the Exchange Act. The power of attorney remains in full force until revoked by the Filer in writing.
