Quantum BioPharma Ltd. Announces Unbuzzd Wellness Inc. Reg D Capital Raise

Quantum BioPharma Ltd. (NASDAQ: QNTM) announced that its licensee, Unbuzzd Wellness Inc., has commenced a Regulation D 506(c) offering to raise up to US$5.0 million. This capital raise aims to fund growth and establish a path to a possible initial public offering (IPO) for Unbuzzd. Quantum BioPharma maintains an anti-dilution provision ensuring its ownership in Unbuzzd remains at 25% until Unbuzzd reaches a $1 billion valuation. The offering allows Unbuzzd to raise capital from accredited investors without a cap on the amount raised, with investments accepted in both traditional and cryptocurrency payments. Unbuzzd has partnered with MZ Digital and Dealmaker for the capital raise campaign. Quantum BioPharma retains 20.11% ownership in Unbuzzd and will receive royalty payments from Unbuzzd's sales.
