Prudential plc announced the repurchase of 316,056 of its ordinary shares from Merrill Lynch International on 30 July 2025. The shares were purchased at an average price of £9.3851 per share, with the lowest and highest prices paid being £9.3500 and £9.4600, respectively. The repurchase was conducted under the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting. Following this transaction, Prudential plc will have 2,578,031,430 shares in issue. The repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled.
