Prudential plc has announced the repurchase of 274,513 of its ordinary shares from Merrill Lynch International on 24 October 2025. The shares were purchased at an average price of £10.2564 per share, with the lowest price paid being £10.1200 and the highest £10.3600. The repurchase was conducted under the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting. Following this transaction, Prudential plc will have 2,562,321,389 shares in issue. The repurchased shares are intended to be cancelled.
