Power of Attorney for Kevin M. Connelly

Kevin M. Connelly has appointed G. Anthony (Tony) Taylor, Laurie Beechner, Jeffrey Schwartz, Daniel Bollinger, James Forrester, and James Mikolaichik as his attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to execute and deliver forms required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission related to his ownership or transactions in securities of United Parks & Resorts Inc. This includes forms such as Form 3, Form 4, and Form 5 under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as applications for EDGAR access codes like Form ID. The Power of Attorney will remain in effect until Connelly is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing. The attorneys-in-fact are not assuming Connelly's responsibilities to comply with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
