Power of Attorney for Amy Wierenga

Amy Wierenga, Executive Vice President of PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., has appointed Laura Gleason, Patricia A. Hackett, Peggy Heminger, and Katy Leonard as her attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on her behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including submitting them to the SEC and relevant stock exchanges. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Wierenga is no longer required to file these forms or until she revokes it in writing.
