Power of Attorney for SEC Filings by Alex Slanix Paul

Alex Slanix Paul, a director of ProMIS Neurosciences Inc., has appointed Max Milbury and Michael Bendetson as his attorneys-in-fact to execute and file various SEC forms on his behalf. These forms include Form 3, Form 4, Form 5, Schedules 13D and 13G, and any amendments thereto. The attorneys-in-fact are authorized to perform any necessary actions to complete and file these forms with the SEC and other relevant authorities. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Paul is no longer required to file such forms or until it is revoked in writing. Paul has agreed to indemnify the attorneys-in-fact and the company against any damages arising from false or misleading information provided by him.
