Precision Drilling Corporation Announces Change of Auditor

Precision Drilling Corporation has announced a change of auditor from KPMG LLP to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). The change follows a tender process and was approved by the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee. KPMG will resign as the auditor effective immediately after the date of its report on the Corporation's consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025. There were no reportable events, disagreements, or unresolved issues in connection with the audits of the two most recent fiscal years. Both KPMG and PwC have agreed with the statements made in the notice of change of auditor.
