Baskar Sridharan, a director of OneStream, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Stephanie Chen, William Koefoed, Holly Koczot, and Kelly Katchka as attorneys-in-fact to complete and file Forms ID, 3, 4, and 5, as well as other necessary forms and amendments, in compliance with Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This Power of Attorney remains in effect until Sridharan is no longer required to file these forms or until it is revoked in writing. The attorneys-in-fact are not assuming Sridharan's responsibilities under Section 16.
