NatWest Group plc Share Buyback Transaction

NatWest Group plc announced a transaction in its own shares as part of its existing share buyback program. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 555.00 GBp to 566.00 GBp, with a volume-weighted average price of 562.18 GBp per share. The transaction was executed on the London Stock Exchange. Following the settlement, the company will hold 230,862,120 ordinary shares in treasury and have 8,027,190,726 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares. The repurchased shares are intended to be canceled.
