Power of Attorney for Marissa S. Nacinovich

Marissa S. Nacinovich, a director of Norwood Financial Corp, has executed a Power of Attorney document. This document appoints James O. Donnelly and John M. McCaffery as her attorneys-in-fact. The attorneys-in-fact are authorized to prepare, execute, and submit Form ID, Forms 3, 4, and 5, and any other necessary documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on her behalf.
