Power of Attorney for Michael Hunstad

Michael Hunstad, President of Asset Management at Northern Trust Corporation, has granted a Power of Attorney to Deann M. Bogner, Tanya Igess, Michael Rouvina, and David A. Serna, all Assistant Secretaries of the Corporation. This Power of Attorney authorizes them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, 5, and 144 on his behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 144 under the Securities Act of 1933. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary actions related to these filings.
