Power of Attorney for Shane R. Harrison

Shane R. Harrison, EVP & Chief Financial Officer of National Research Corporation, has executed a Power of Attorney (POA) appointing Mark A. Scudder, Heidi Hornung-Scherr, and Cody Kofoid as his attorneys-in-fact. The POA authorizes these individuals to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on behalf of Harrison in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The attorneys-in-fact are also empowered to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including amendments and filings with the SEC and stock exchanges. The POA remains in effect until Harrison is no longer required to file these forms, unless revoked earlier in writing.
