(CFGM) and equity interests in KBCR Management Partners, LLC (KBCR) and Tangible Benefits, LLC from Howard W. Lutnick. This transaction resulted in Lutnick indirectly owning 4,388,045 shares of Class A Common Stock and 21,285,533 shares of Class B Common Stock of Newmark Group, Inc.
