Power of Attorney for Robert T. Macalik

Robert T. Macalik, EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Matador Resources Company, has executed a Power of Attorney appointing Joseph Wm. Foran, Bryan A. Erman, and Cale L. Curtin as his attorneys-in-fact. This authorization allows them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 on his behalf in compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney also grants them the authority to perform any necessary actions related to these filings, including electronic submissions to the SEC. This document revokes all prior Powers of Attorney on these matters and remains in effect until Macalik is no longer required to file these forms.
