Jeffrey Day, Co-President of Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund (MSDL), reported ownership of 12,168 shares of common stock as of July 24, 2025. The shares are held indirectly through The Day Family Trust, with Mr. Day disclaiming beneficial ownership except to the extent of his pecuniary interest. Additionally, Mr. Day executed a Power of Attorney on July 25, 2025, appointing Orit Mizrachi and David Pessah as his attorneys-in-fact.
