Power of Attorney for Section 16 Reporting Obligations

Dean Berry, Group COO & CEO, EMEA & APAC of MarketAxess Holdings Inc., has appointed Scott Pintoff, Jason Edelstein, Conor Colasurdo, and Patrick Wilson as attorneys-in-fact to handle Section 16 reporting obligations. This includes preparing and submitting Forms 3, 4, and 5 to the SEC, obtaining necessary codes and passwords for electronic filings, and performing any related acts. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Berry is no longer required to file these forms or until revoked in writing. The attorneys-in-fact are not assuming any liability for Berry's compliance with Section 16 requirements.
