JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Acquires Remarketable Variable Rate MuniFund Term Preferred Shares

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (JPMCB) acquired 1,274 remarketable variable rate muniFund term preferred shares (RVMTP Shares) in a cashless transaction. This acquisition was part of a reorganization where three MFS funds merged into the Aberdeen Municipal Income Fund. These acquired shares are in addition to the 967 RVMTP shares previously held by JPMCB. Following this transaction, JPMCB beneficially owns 2,241 RVMTP Shares.
