Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. has announced changes in its Board of Directors and Executive Officers, effective November 30, 2025. Hidekatsu Take will assume the role of Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy President & Corporate Executive (Representative Corporate Executive), while continuing to serve as Head of Global Corporate & Investment Banking Company and Head of Global Transaction Banking Unit.
