Appointment of Michael R. Graney to Ramaco Resources Board of Directors

On September 15, 2025, Ramaco Resources, Inc. announced the appointment of Michael R. Graney as an independent member of its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Graney will serve on the Compensation Committee, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and Finance and Investment Committee. He will receive compensation consistent with other independent directors and has entered into an indemnification agreement with the company. Mr. Graney brings over 35 years of experience in economic development, energy, and community service, including roles in both the public and private sectors. His appointment is expected to support Ramaco's strategic direction, particularly in its metallurgical coal business and rare earth and critical minerals project in Wyoming.
