Power of Attorney for Stacie Schulz

Stacie Schulz, Chief Accounting Officer of Methode Electronics Inc, has appointed Laura Kowalchik, Kerry Vyverberg, and herself as attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney grants them the authority to prepare, execute, and file Forms 3, 4, and 5 with the SEC, national securities exchanges, and the company. They are also authorized to seek and obtain information on transactions in the company's securities from third parties and perform any other acts necessary for compliance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until revoked by Schulz in writing.
