Power of Attorney for Daniel Brennan at Madrigal Pharmaceuticals

Daniel Brennan, a director of Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Inc., has appointed Mardi Dier, Shannon Kelley, and Justin Drinkwine as his attorneys-in-fact. This Power of Attorney allows them to execute and file Forms 3, 4, and 5, as well as Schedules 13D and 13G, on his behalf. These forms are related to his ownership, acquisition, or disposition of securities in the company. The attorneys-in-fact are also authorized to perform any necessary actions to complete and file these documents with the SEC and other relevant authorities. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Brennan is no longer required to file these forms or until he revokes it in writing. Brennan acknowledges that the attorneys-in-fact and the company are not assuming his responsibilities under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
