Power of Attorney for Don Gregory Neeb

Don Gregory Neeb, EVP and Chief Investment & Strategy Officer of Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc., has executed a Power of Attorney authorizing Mary Ann E. Moore and Tara McManus to act on his behalf in matters related to SEC filings. The attorneys-in-fact are empowered to prepare, execute, and submit various SEC forms and schedules, manage EDGAR account activities, and obtain transaction information from third parties. The Power of Attorney remains in effect until Neeb is no longer required to file certain SEC forms or is revoked in writing. This document revokes all previous powers of attorney related to these matters.
